CONCORD, NH – House Majority Leader Jason Osborne (R-Auburn) and House Assistant Majority Whip Sayra DeVito (R-Danville) released the following statement after the Department of Health and Human Services announced steps to protect children from radical gender ideology.

“In New Hampshire, you need to be 18 to serve on a jury, buy a lottery ticket and vote. Yet, Democrats want the taxpayers to fund permanent, irreversible gender surgeries and procedures on children, an extreme position opposed by 69% of Granite Staters.”
“We will not compromise with Democrats who cannot even define what a woman is and I applaud President Trump and Secretary Kennedy for standing up for basic biological truth. While Democrats bend the knee to radical gender ideology, Republicans will continue to stand to protect our children from these inhumane and failed medical experiments.”
