We’ve put together the attached document to help better explain the detail of the House budget, as passed last week. It contains a thorough run down of changes and/or modifications in the budget, by division and by agency. It was generated with the help and input of members of the House Finance Committee, and uses data from the document distributed at the budget briefing on March 30th. It contains the final House positions, including changes that came as a result of floor amendments approved last week.
