House Disappointed by the Senate’s Lack of Action

CONCORD, NH – House Education Policy and Administration Chair Kristin Noble (R-Bedford) released the following statement after the State Senate failed to adopt the Committee of Conference Report on HB 751.

“I am immeasurably disappointed in today’s results. Unfortunately, our colleagues in the Senate did not have the courage to defend the more than 60 students who will now be forcibly kicked out of their chosen schools because of their inaction,” said Noble.

“The House had to battle a waffling Senate and sadly, when the chips were down, they chose to walk away rather than stand up for the futures of New Hampshire students. House Republicans will continue to fight for them.”
