House Speaker William O’Brien

“Leo was an icon in the Manchester community and proudly served the city, state and nation he so dearly loved. He committed much of his life to public service in the U.S. Navy, as a Manchester alderman, and as a state representative for nearly 22 years. Leo was devoted to giving back to the Granite State that he so cherished and to veterans and law enforcement. We will miss our beloved friend here in the State House and our thoughts and prayers go out to his family in this time of sadness.”
