During calls and emails regarding the proposed House budget, many members had questions about the budget process, including whether or not what we vote on tomorrow will be in the final budget. We designed the attached flow chart to illustrate the budget process as it usually plays out from October through June. We hope you find this information helpful. There are several more steps in the process before we vote on the budget that will become law.
