Representative Erica Layon (R-Derry) released the following statement after the House adopted the Committee of Conference report on HB1487, relative to the procedure for withdrawal from the vaccine registry.
“In 2018, the people of New Hampshire spoke clearly when they enshrined the right to privacy in our state constitution. The passage of HB1487 is another step affirming that principle. This legislation recognizes that vaccination information is the property of the patient by reducing the barriers for removal from the vaccine registry. I am thankful to my colleagues for passing this legislation and bringing it one step closer to becoming law.”
