“I thank Governor Sununu for signing this critical legislation into law. In spite of Washington Democrats and their bureaucratic allies fighting to put American energy production in shackles, New Hampshire will continue to pass legislation mitigating their impact on our economy. The passage of HB281 will make it easier for new energy production to come online and help lower costs for ratepayers long-term. Today is an important first step in ensuring a secure future for New Hampshire’s energy and I look forward to building on this success.”
