With the appointment of four committee vice chairmen today, Speaker William O’Brien has nearly completed his entire leadership team for the coming session. Rep. Lynne Blankenbeker of Concord will be the vice-chairman of the Committee on State-Federal Relations and Veterans’ Affairs. Rep. Clifford Newton of Rochester has been named to serve as the vice-chairman of the Fish and Game and Marine Resources Committee. The position of vice-chairman of the Committee on Petitions for Redress of Grievances will be held by Robert Willette of Milford. Finally, Timothy Comerford of Fremont will be the vice-chairman of the Committee on Legislative Administration. The only positions to be filled at this point are the division chairmen in Commerce and Consumer Affairs as well as the committee on Legislative Administration;
